Time to start your divorce application?
If you know you’d like to proceed with a sole application for your divorce, we can get the process started right away.
A sole application means only you will apply for divorce, without the other party needing to sign the divorce papers. This means you can apply for a divorce, even if your former partner doesn’t want to apply or be a part of the process.
In a sole divorce application, you will need to ‘serve’ a copy of your filed divorce paperwork on the other party. Our affordable fixed fee for service is $199 plus GST in most metropolitan areas.
In some cases, an attendance at the Court hearing is required for a sole divorce. Don’t worry, our lawyers can attend this hearing on your behalf under our fixed fee if you do not wish to attend.
